We are a small artisanal business and sell only the cured meats we produce.
Our cured meats, which we make ourselves, have been in the Tuscan way since 1960.
It is precisely the fact that we are a small artisan business that allows us to better meet certain customer and consumer needs.
For example, the fact that we only sell what we produce allows us to take the best care of the product and accompany it from the beginning through every step of processing and production. Attention and control over our cured meats are at a maximum because, as mentioned, we control every moment of production. We value the success of the product and positive feedback from the consumer. We, first and foremost, therefore, are careful about what we make because we put ourselves in the shoes of those who must then purchase the finished product.
For these reasons, in addition to providing precise care of the sausage, we are able to measure every aspect because we know all the stages the product goes through. And it is always “in our hands.”
We control meat selection, curing, storage, taste, appearance and every single element aimed at creating a quality cured meat that can best meet the demands and needs of the consumer.
